01 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the 33bb platform and all its services. 33bb is an online casino and sports betting platform operated in Bengali for Bangladeshi users, with transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

These Terms are legally binding on both the user ("Member" or "you") and 33bb ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you are considered informed and in agreement with the full Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 33bb platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• Your account has never previously been banned or cancelled.
• You are using the platform of your own free will — not driven by any addictive behaviour.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited.

Account Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your username, password, and login details completely confidential. Third parties must not be given access to your account. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered as performed under your instruction.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or a security breach, you must notify the 33bb support team immediately. All transactions completed prior to the relevant incident will be considered valid.

Accuracy of Account Information

The name, address, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate. 33bb reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if incorrect or false information is provided.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent environment, 33bb reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time as needed. This process is known as "Know Your Customer" or KYC.

Documents That May Be Requested

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details)

All personal information provided is stored with the highest level of confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 33bb are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• The deposit method must be registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account within a short time; if there is any delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

33bb reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity, and to notify the relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

33bb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Important Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be used only once and the same bonus does not apply across multiple accounts.
• If a bonus expires or its terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• 33bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• 33bb reserves the right to close an account in cases of bonus abuse or manipulation.

07 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on 33bb are operated through accredited software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or help section. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, it will be refunded. However, it is not possible to change the outcome of a completed round due to a network issue.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and many other sports. Betting odds are variable and may be updated up until an event starts. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bb platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using any software, bot, automation, or artificial assistance to operate the game or betting system.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or loopholes in the platform.
• Colluding or conspiring as a group against other members.
• Registering an account using a false identity or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards the support team or other members.

09 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Closure and Termination

33bb may close an account immediately and without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions
